Django/Python Backend Developer

Otsy, Inc. is the world’s first social travel marketplace, transforming the way travel is discovered, trusted and booked. We are seeking highly-skilled and motivated individuals to be a part of the advancements we are making in both travel and technology, to help bring this vision to life. Our office is located on the beautiful Las Vegas Strip, and if selected, you will be working with a small team of talented developers and designers.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering maintainable and scalable solutions in python.
• Deep curiosity in emerging technology and digital trends.
• Critical thinkers, adept understanding business needs in a growing company.
• 3+ years of practical experience in Python and Django development
• Knowledge in GraphQL API design and architecture
• 2+ years of relational database experience (Oracle / MSSQL / MySQL/ PostgreSQL )
• Development with object-oriented programming
• AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, Security policies, and network)
• Strong professional experience working with large data structures and algorithms
• Stored Procedures
• Working knowledge of GIT
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology

• Salesforce Knowledge is a big plus
• Mobile development experience is a plus

Hourly compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
