React Native Developer

Otsy, Inc. is the world’s first social travel marketplace, transforming the way travel is discovered, trusted and booked. We are seeking highly-skilled and motivated individuals to be a part of the advancements we are making in both travel and technology, to help bring this vision to life. Our office is located on the beautiful Las Vegas Strip, and if selected, you will be working with a small team of talented developers and designers.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering modern and immersive experiences in React and React Native.
• Experience in React Native on Android and iOS.
• Deep curiosity in emerging technology and digital trends.
• Critical thinkers, adept understanding business needs in a growing company.2+ years of professional experience in Cross-Platform Mobile Development using React Native or similar.
• 1+ years of relational database experience (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL/ PostgresSQL )
• Ability to foster open communication and collaborating with others
• Experience with working with a wide variety of third-party platforms, frameworks, and libraries
• Extensive experience in designing professional UI web applications using front-end technologies like HTML5, DHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, React JS, React-native, ES5, ES6
• Experience with responsive design and UI/UX best practices
• Solid experience with react/redux development using Babel, Web pack, isomorphic fetches, NPM, Yarn, Axios, RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• WordPress development experience is a plus
• Python/Django development is a plus

Hourly compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
