Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when setting up their Creator Fund account. Otsy is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by creators.
By submitting your application, you affirm that all the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you commit to maintaining its accuracy at all times.
III: Eligibility

User’s Otsy account is active and in good standing.
- •
User has at least 1,000 authentic followers.
- •
User has at least 1,000 views in the last 30 days.
- •
User has posted 3 publicly viewable posts in the last 30 days.
- •
If an individual, Creator must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, D.C., or the territories and possessions of the United States, and be 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their place of residence.
- •
If an entity, Creator must be incorporated or headquartered within the fifty (50) United States, D.C., or the territories and possessions of the United States.
Otsy reserves the right to add or modify eligibility at any time.
IV: Creator Fund Terms of Use

Creator must provide accurate and up-to-date payout method to withdraw funds.
- •
Commission payments will be made directly to the user’s PayPal account within a reasonable time after the booking is complete.
- •
Creators may only earn commissions for authentic bookings made through their posts on the Otsy app.
- •
Otsy reserves the right to modify or terminate the creator funds feature at any time, with or without notice or liability to you or any third party.
- •
Users may withdraw their available balance from their creator funds at any time by logging into their account and initiating a withdrawal request.
- •
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information to Trolly, our third-party service provider, which manages the tax information and other private information required for the creator funds feature.
- •
Creators are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with their participation in the creator funds feature, and Otsy assumes no liability for any such charges.
- •
Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the reporting and payment of taxes on commission earnings from the creator funds feature.
The parties acknowledge and agree that they are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as establishing a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with Otsy Inc. or any third party. To make it clear, the Creator acknowledges that they are not considered an employee of Otsy Inc. and therefore, they are not entitled to any benefits or rights that Otsy provides to its employees. This includes, but is not limited to, group insurance, liability insurance, disability insurance, vacation, leave, retirement plans, or unemployment insurance. The Creator also waives any such entitlements to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Otsy reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions outlined in these Creator Fund Terms, at any time, and at its sole discretion. By participating in Otsy’s Creator Fund, creator agrees to be bound by these terms and any other applicable terms and policies related to the feature. Otsy reserves the right to withhold funds or terminate a creator’s participation in the creator funds feature if they violate any of these terms or engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the feature.
