Mara River crossings are a natural event and cannot be guaranteed. The migration is unpredictable, so your guide will follow the herds and adjust the itinerary according to wildlife movements.
The best-known Mara River crossing season is generally July to September, although the exact timing varies from year to year. The Northern Serengeti also offers excellent resident wildlife outside the crossing itself
