You will learn how to prepare some of the most popular specialties of the Sardinian and Italian tradition, in a real artisanal workshop. 
The experience takes place inside a bakery in the center, where you will be guided step by step in the processing of pasta. We will use traditional techniques to roll out the pastry, prepare the filling and shape different formats, a symbol of Sardinian cuisine.
After processing, the most awaited moment comes: we will enjoy together the dishes prepared during the workshop and we will conclude the evening savoring some traditional digestives.
