In a conscious and voluntary way, you are carrying out an ecotourism/tourism activity of renegenerative and spiritual, that is, outdoors in purely natural, degraded and irregular terrain, in which natural phenomena such as fallen branches and/or trees, rockslides, landslides, storms, growths and/or floods by the gulch, snakes and other animal bites may occur. These risks can involve minor or serious injuries, and even death. It is our duty to inform you of the possibility of these risks and remind you that preventive measures are in place to prevent incidents.

I hold Zulari Wellness and its employees harmless from any liability for any injury, damage or loss you may suffer during the tour service, provided that such injury, damage or loss is not caused by gross negligence or willful intent of the company
