Your experience takes place inside the kitchen of Chef Daniel Canzian's restaurant, where you'll be introduced to a contemporary approach to Italian seafood cooking inspired by the traditions of the Adriatic coast.

Working alongside the chef, you'll prepare seafood-based recipes while learning professional techniques, ingredient selection and plating principles. Particular attention is given to seasonality, sustainability and the ability to elevate simple ingredients through precision and balance.

Throughout the class, you'll gain practical culinary skills and a deeper understanding of how contemporary Italian chefs reinterpret traditional seafood dishes while remaining faithful to their origins.
