Our tour begins with pickup in Oaxaca City, taking you to Hierve el Agua very early in the morning, so you can avoid the crowds and heat, for stunning views and relaxation by its unique petrified waterfalls. 

Next, visit an artisanal mezcal distillery or a local family producing mezcal from wild agave, complete with a tasting.

Enjoy an exclusive lunch in the maguey fields, with traditional tlayudas and memelas prepared by a local cook. 

Finally, we visit an artisan textile factory with a chocolate-making demo using traditional methods, supporting Oaxacan families and artisans with generations of craft.
