Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. For multi-day tours, custom tours, or day tours with 17+ guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure will receive a refund, minus a 5% fee. Within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.
