Begin your journey in a quiet corner of paradise, close to nature at Chantauvent, a family-run guest house. Meet your private marine guide who will introduce you to the bay’s rich ecosystem and the vital conservation work of the NGO Eco-Sud project.
After your introduction to the project, set sail towards the coral farm, close to l'Île aux Aigrettes.
Snorkel in the vibrant, clear waters and experience the underwater wonders that are being safeguarded for future generations. While sailing, you might also observe the endemic Giant Tortoise, Pink Pigeon, or the Mauritius Kestrel.
As the boat gently glides back into Blue Bay, slip into the water for another snorkeling experience with purpose.
Finally, return to Chantauvent for a mindful à la carte lunch, where you can enjoy locally sourced, sustainable dishes that honor the land and sea that sustain us.
