With its Victorian Style architechture and warm temperatures and people, take a stroll around the city visiting the Amber Museum, a neo'classical location to visit amber fossils, stones, as part of the heritage of Puerto Plata. Within a couple of minutes walk, arrive to the Umbrella Streets and Paseo de Doña Blanca, where the culture really stands to its name, experience local coffe and other local shops. Visit Central Park, the cathedral, its beautiful pedestrian streets, Fort San Felipe, and the amphitheater. Prepare yourself to be in awe, all the way to the top of the mountains, where Isabel de Torres National park is located.
