ACLIMATIZATION: Nevado de Toluca is 4,680 m high (vs. Mexico City with ~2,300 m) with 538 m elevation gain on the trail that we are going to take, so for travelers coming from lower altitudes, it’s recommended to take at least 1-2 days in Mexico City upon arrival for adaptation to avoid altitude sickness.
AGE: Due to the required physical condition, the recommended age of participants in this tour is 12-69 years. However, potential participants outside of the above-mentioned age group can still participate upon request if (1) they are in good physical condition
