As for the entrance tickets to Vesuvius, it is necessary to purchase the tickets on the vivaticket.com website on the same day in which the tour is booked, the event is called "guided tour of the great cone of Vesuvius" specifying the time entry, which I recommend at 12.00 for travel times. Vesuvius entrance ticket is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
