Making a Sicilian Arancino is like creating a piece of culinary art, and not every cook can master it.

Inside the Secret Garden, hidden in the heart of Taormina, guests will discover the authentic techniques behind one of Sicily’s most iconic street foods in a fully hands-on and exclusive experience.

Together with the local chef, you will learn step by step how to prepare traditional Sicilian arancini, from cooking the perfect rice to preparing the fillings, shaping the arancini by hand, breading, and finally frying them until golden and crispy.

At the end of the class, guests will enjoy the arancini prepared during the experience together with Sicilian wine and local hospitality in the exclusive Secret Garden.
