E.g. if you wanna visit a place that is not part of the default itinerary (e.g. attraction, restaurant, or market), you can do it on a complimentary basis if this visit (1) still fits the default duration of the tour and (2) doesn't involve a major change of the route. If both conditions are met, we can shorten the stay at a particular location included in the program of tour so that you have time to visit the place you are interested in. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: ◘ Small-group tour: we need 3+ participants to confirm the group tour (otherwise, it might be canceled with a full refund 2 days before the tour). ◘ Private tour: 1+ (the tour is 100% confirmed for any group size).

PICKUP TYPE: ◘ Small-group tour: shared = pickup and dropoff might take time (as we might need to go for or wait for other participants). ◘ Private tour: private = you will leave immediately (no need to go for or wait for other participants).

PICKUP MODE: ◘ Small-group tour: shared (with other participants of a group tour), i.e. pickup and drop-off times might extend (as it might be necessary to go for or wait for other participants). ◘ Private tour: private (just for your group), i.e. you will leave immediately (no need to go for or wait for other participants).

GROUP SIZE: ◘ Small-group tour: up to 12 travelers. ◘ Private tour: any size (only your group will participate).

LANGUAGE(S): ◘ Small-group tour: English & Spanish (our guides are bilingual). ◘ Private tour: All our tours are led by local bilingual (at least Spanish & English) guides. Some of them speak other languages (e.g. French, German, Italian, Portuguese) but those depend on availability and cannot be fully guaranteed. Thus, if you want to have your tour in a language other than Spanish or English, please kindly inquire in advance before booking.

VEHICLE: The type of vehicle used in the tour (if applicable for your tour option) depends on the size of your group and may include a car, 7-seater, or minivan.
