This trip is not for children under 5, nor is it for people not willing or capable to climb. I have had people of 70 walking this trip fine, but I had also men of 50 who couldn't. I do other trips more flat and with more paths in it than this one.
You need to come in cloths that might get filthy and wet. And bring your own beverages and snacks for on the way. I provide a lamp if neccessary..
